The WVPF has been providing scholarships to high school senior students for over 20 years. Generally, we award from 1 to 4 scholarships each year. The winners must be a graduating senior from a West Virginia high school and attending a West Virginia public university, college or career and technology school.
The scholarships will be awarded to the winners on Sunday, October 5, 2024 at the Festival.
